Justplain

Since i don’t own an iPod or any other kind of mp3 player but do have at least 1 1/2 hour of commute time a day, i’ve been thinking about alternatives.

In my clasic volvo i have a classic carradio with a compactmicrocassette player. Back in 1984 my MSX computer could control my datarecorder, so i figure my windows machine should be able to do the same…
Could be an interesting project, building a iPodder that automatically tapes the audiofiles to microcassette….

I found a brandnew Sony datarecorder for only $22,95 at amazon.com
Judging by the picture it stl has three jacks, as in the olddays, for controlling it by a computer. Now i need to find a cable (usb???) and a driver for connecting it to my pc.
