Adam Curry tested my ‘iPodder for windows’ -script on his laptop and he thinks it works Fucking Fantastic!
Listen to his dailySourceCode of august 30, 2004 specialy the part between 12.15 and 13.33
I think his idea to centralize things on for instance a sourceforge page is a very good idea. One place where we can put all our developer activities together to make this really work.
Dude … that was cool
:D
Dear Pieter, I have been testing your script the past 24 hours and it works great! On my way to work I listened
to Adam’s and Dave Slusher’s show. Of course I could have done this before by downloading MP3’s and adding them to iTunes,
but this whole iPodder tool makes is so much easier. Only problem I have is that iTunes organizes my files and adds them to the iTunes
directory, which means iTunes moves them out of the folder they were originally downloaded, that way iPodder keeps downloading the
shows over and over…. keep up the good work!
I know I want this but am too computer illiterate to figure out how to set up the feeds file, etc.
Could someone be kind enough to the non-technical and give some examples?
If an MTV jock can figure it out and I can’t, I must be sunk.
Have pity.
